Position Overview
Our State Farm agency is seeking an outgoing, creative, and dependable Marketing Intern to support our marketing, social media, and outreach efforts. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in creating content, connecting with prospective customers, and supporting a local business.

Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and posting social media content that highlights our team, agency, and community involvement.
- Help develop marketing materials and support agency outreach campaigns.
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce the agency, identify interest, and help schedule appointments for licensed team members.
- Accurately document outreach activity and maintain prospect information.
- Collaborate with the team on ideas to increase agency visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in content creation.
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and contribute to a team.
Licensing & Career Growth
An insurance license is not required for this internship. If you choose to pursue licensing during your internship, the agent will cover the licensing costs. This optional opportunity allows you to expand your skills and explore a potential career in insurance.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
